What we will charge depends on the urgency and complexity of your particular matter, and also the time which it takes.
Unless we specifically agree a fee for a particular matter, then the amount of our fees will be based on our hourly charging rates (set out below), which were revised in January 2026.
There are a few matters where we can indicate we normally charge a fixed fee, including:
A Simple Will
£220 plus VAT Total £264.00
Lasting Power of Attorney
£600 plus VAT Total £720 .00 plus OPG registration fee
(this is for each Lasting Power, if more than one, then we may agree to reduce the total cost).
Where considered appropriate, we can also offer an initial fixed fee appointment for new matters of 45 minutes for £100 plus vat.
