9 if there are family loans/gifts to help fund a purchase

10 If the matter has to be processed urgently

Without knowing all this information it is not possible to provide a fair estimate of what our potential charges might be. If you would like us to provide an estimate then please call or e mail with the information and we will be pleased to provide an estimate verbally or we can send it to you by e mail.

We do NOT offer a fixed fee service for conveyancing.

Similarly we do NOT offer a “no sale no fee” arrangement. You will be liable for the amount of our fees if the matter does not proceed.

All conveyancing cases are conducted by our solicitor, we do not use unqualified staff or AI “systems” to try to progress or manage your matter.

We treat you as an individual and not just another case or matter.
